Day 1
Hanoi Arrival
Upon arrival, pick up and transfer to your hotel in Hanoi. The rest of the day is free. Meals are on your own. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2
Ha Noi city tour (B)
Start the city tour at 9:00 am. Visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Monday and Friday), the traditional stilt house and the reserved One-Pillar Pagoda. Then, head to Quan Thanh Temple and Tran Quoc Pagoda, along the shore of West Lake. Pay a visit to Vietnam’s first university - Temple of Literature before lunch. In the afternoon, visit Ethnology Museum (closed on Monday). End the day with a stop at Ngoc Son Temple at Hoan Kiem Lake. In the evening, watch a water puppet show before back to the hotel. Dinner is on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3
Hanoi - Halong Bay Cruise (B, L, D)
Our driver picks you up at your hotel and transfers you to Halong via the Expressway. Transferred by tender boat to check in Stellar of the Seas cruise. Savor a hearty lunch and check in your cabin. Then, join kayaking or a local rowboat to visit Dark and Bright Cave. Then, you have time to swim before back to the cruise to join a cooking demonstration and Happy Hour from the bar. Have dinner. Overnight on the cruise.

Day 4
Halong Bay Cruise (B, L, D)
Wake up early for sunrise or the taichi exercise. Then, have a light breakfast and enjoy your free time onboard. Around 9:45 am, have a hearty brunch. From 12:30 to 16:30, visit Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island by bike or electric car and swim at Ba Trai Dao Beach area. Back to the cruise and join Cooking Class and Happy Hour onboard. After dinner, you can take part in fishing squid, playing mini golf, relax in the pool or book massage. Overnight on the cruise.

Day 5
Halong Bay cruise - Hanoi - Fly to Danang - Hoi An (B, L)
Early risers may want to capture the sunrise and join a Taichi lesson at the golf course area at 6:15 - 6:35 am. Have a light breakfast in the restaurant while the ship continues cruising through the bay. You can take picture by drone at swimming pool area (depending on weather). Prepare for check out from 9h30 – 9h45. A brunch buffet is served before you process the payment for personal expenses (spa & massage, drinks, etc). Disembark at around 11:10 am. Drop-off in the Old Quarter at around 14h30. Later, our driver will take you to the airport to catch your flight to Danang. Transfer to Hoi An. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 6
Hoi An Food Tour (B)
Enjoy your free morning. At 3PM, start the 4-hour food tour where you will taste local food and enjoy off the beaten track scenery of Hoi An. At about 7PM, we will take you back to your hotel in Hoi An. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 7
Hoi An - Tra Que - Cooking class (B, L)
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Then, our guide picks you up and you will go biking to Hoi An’s colourful central market. You have a chance to learn about the ingredients you will use in the cooking lesson later. Head to Tra Que village. Enjoy welcome drink.
Later, visit the herbs garden where local farmers use organic methods from 300 years ago on their field. Learn the traditional ways to cook Vietnamese food. Made some flowers and animals by vegetables for decoration. After the lesson, enjoy what you have cooked. Return to your hotel. Dinner is on your own. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 8
Hoi An - Danang - Bana Hill- Golden Bridge (B, L)
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Driver and tour guide will pick you up and head to Ba Na Hill which is around 30 km from Danang city center. Take a cable car to reach the top of the mountain and visit hotspots such as Bynight by train, Debay wine tunnel (with extra charge), Le Jardin D’amour flower garden, Linh Ung pagoda, Thich Ca Buddhist statue, etc. Have free lunch in Ba Na.
In the afternoon, join activities and games in Fantasy Park (extra charge). Then, you will walk to the top of Ba Na Mountain, visit Bell Tower, Nghinh Phong Tower and Golden Bridge. Get on cable car back and car transfers you to Da Nang City. Overnight in Danang.

Day 9
Danang - Fly to Saigon – City tour (B)
Transfer to the airport to catch your flight in Saigon. In the afternoon, join a half day tour with Ho Chi Minh City Hall on Nguyen Hue walking boulevard, Reunification Palace, War Remnants Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Post Office, and Jade Emperor Pagoda
End of the tour, you visit a local market before back to your hotel. Overnight in Saigon.

Day 10
Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta – Can Tho (B, L)
Have breakfast at your hotel. Transfer from your hotel to Cai Be. Upon arrival at 10:30, hop on a boat to floating market for a glimpse of local’s lives on water and their trading activities with merchant ship. Sail to the island, enjoy seasonal fruits before heading to Vinh Long and get back on the car to Can Tho. Dinner on your own. Overnight in Can Tho.

Can Tho – Floating Market – Saigon (B, L)
A morning boat tour gives you experience about trading activities on the water at one of the biggest markets in the lower part of the Mekong - Cai Rang floating market. Driver picks you up to return to Saigon. Have lunch break. Overnight in Saigon.
